Growing up in North Dakota, Kristin rode her Huffy all over town. She began mountain biking in college with friends, but it wasn’t until she moved to Breckenridge, Colorado in 2003 that she truly fell in love with bikes.
Now cycling is part of her daily life. From a road bike commute to work, to single speed cross country racing, to full suspension adventures, or just riding cruisers around town she is happiest when riding a bike. Exploring new areas, spending time with her husband and friends, and traveling all revolve around cycling.
As a physical therapist specializing in orthopedics and sports, she is constantly analyzing movement and performance. Her passion for helping her clients return to the activities, from locals to pro and Olympic athletes, can be seen in her work. She hopes to incorporate this knowledge to help other women progress their skills and love for this amazing sport.
