Rheannon Arvidson

Rheannon Arvidson lives and rides in Corvallis, OR. Her love of cycling started on the road but her heart is on the trails. A true nerd, Rheannon is always ready to geek out about bikes, yoga, good food, teaching and science. She is happiest when all of these things combine into one magical day.

Rheannon founded No Apologies!, a women’s mountain bike adventure team and outreach group. She loves using adventure to further self-growth and is always ready to hear and share stories with others. Her passion in life is to empower individuals to drop “can’t do” attitudes and adopt a growth mindset in all areas of life.

Rheannon is a Ph.D. candidate in Botany and Plant Pathology at Oregon State University, a yoga instructor, a PMBI level 1 certified mountain bike instructor, and a Mountain Bike Oregon guide.  She shares her life with her husband and their two dogs. Her favorite place to ride is beautiful Oakridge, OR.
