As a Surfer living in Southern California, Laura found herself a little lost when returning to the mountainous region of the Hudson Valley, New York. With no waves in sight she was in desperate need for a new outdoor sport. Too uncoordinated for tetherball and too tall to be a horse jockey, Laura was seemingly out of ideas. But with her awesome friends to the rescue, she was introduced to the sport of mountain biking and quickly became obsessed. With her band of loyal lady shredders by her side, Laura spends every possible minute on her Yeti Beti, otherwise known as, Beti White. Laura travels to trails and bike parks near and far trying to explore everything there is to ride. Her trips include much of the Northeast US, Norway, and Madeira just to name a few. When she’s not on her bike, Laura teaches full time as a ballet instructor in Beacon, NY.
Laura could not be more excited to be joining VIDA as an Ambassador for the 2018 season, and expanding her mountain biking and lady shred family!
