Rider to Racer Tech Talk: Yoga & Strength Training

In the first of a series of 4 shop nights, we will be examining the ying and yang of building strength while staying limber as a women mountain biker. With years of experience as a racer and certified coach we are honored to have Kathy Waite from Sessions:6 come lead our strength seminar while having yogi extraordinaire end the night with a guided yoga class. Both ladies will talk specifically about your concerns as a mountain biker and hone in on the discipline of what we especially need as riders. Expect 45 mins for each lecture.

Please come prepared for being interactive. Activewear and proper footwear are recommended as well as a water bottle.

Please provide your own yoga mat.
