Uriell is a registered dietitian nutritionist and the founder of Inner Wild Nutrition, a nutrition counseling practice based in Breckenridge, CO. Her focus is on using whole, real foods to help people find a sustainable approach to their nutrition that will last a lifetime. She mainly works with athletes or people simply looking to lead a healthier day to day life so that they can fuel their best adventures, whether that's in work or play.
Jen works to empower her clients to have mindful, sustainable relationships with food. With 22 years of meditation practice, Jen brings a wholistic and health-focused philosophy to her practice. She works with clients on an individual basis to help navigate their nutrition and health in order to find the balance needed to meet their goals.
Together, Uri and Jen offer experienced guidance in keeping our bodies fueled. They will also lead a hands on demonstration in making a few of their favorite bike snacks.
RevoPT will then lead us in the basics of injury prevention and speak to the importance of strength training. Revo blends physical therapy, personal training, and a biometrics lab to help you improve your athletic performance and prevent injury. Their clients range from activity enthusiasts to professional athletes.
