Use this checklist to stay organized! Refer to the pre-season and season checklist items to make sure you are checking the boxes off of your requirements. Additional information, instruction, and resource documents can be found below and in the document.
Ambassador Availability Form
Use this form to indicate interest and availability for VIDA events, group rides, and opportunities for you to participate. For additional community events, check out the Calendar.
You will be contacted prior to the event to confirm participation and role. If your schedule changes please email Rachel (email@example.com). Please do not submit the form a second time.
Ambassador Monthly Report
As an Ambassador, you are asked to prepare and submit a monthly report. This report can be in-depth or brief, the goal is to keep us connected with what you are doing and what you would like to do. Reminders will be sent by email prior to the 1st of the month, and forms must be submitted by the 15th of each month.

Yeti Product Review Template
Yeti Bike/Apparel Orders
If you are interested in order a Yeti bike and/or apparel, please apply for pro access on the Yeti Pro Site. Select the option "Bike Industry Employee" and upload a copy of your contract as documentation. In the notes please indicate that you are a VIDA Ambassador. You will be approved within 5-7 business days and pricing automatically loaded into your account. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org when you place a bike order so we can keep track of orders that are submitted.
You will be notified once your application has been processed and your level pricing will be available to you at that time through your pro account login. Please do not discuss this pricing with anyone. Please allow plenty of time for Yeti to work through the pro account applications. If you have any questions about the status of your pro account, please email me (Mia@vidamtb.com) and not Yeti directly.
You are limited to 1 bike/season and unlimited apparel for personal use only. Any violation of this will result in immediate termination from the VIDA Ambassador program.
If you are ordering a SB5, we ask that you order the Beti version of either bike. If a SB4.5, SB5.5 or SB6 is the bike of your choice, you may order that bike, although we highly suggest our favorite bike, the SB5 Beti.
