Join VIDA MTB Series and RevoPT as we talk about food, eating, and staying strong on and off the bike.

Uriell is a registered dietitian nutritionist and the founder of Inner Wild Nutrition, a nutrition counseling practice based in Breckenridge, CO. Her focus is on using whole, real foods to help people find a sustainable approach to their nutrition that will last a lifetime. She mainly works with athletes or people simply looking to lead a healthier day to day life so that they can fuel their best adventures, whether that's in work or play.

Jen is the Founder and Coach of Meru Wellness, a Denver-based nutrition and health coaching company that focuses on helping your busy ass unleash your inner badass. Jen has been a coach for over 10 years, spending the last few years focusing on nutrition and strength training for her clients on and off the bike. Prior to starting Meru Wellness, Jen was in the scientific research industry for almost 12 years, so scientific evidence and behavior change help guide her overall coaching philosophy. She’s been featured in Headspace, ACSM's Health & Fitness Journal, and Barbend, and is currently working on some projects with Enduro Bites. She’s excited to show you how dialing-in your nutrition, can be done in small, manageable steps, and can greatly benefit your training and life.

Together, Uri and Jen offer experienced guidance in keeping our bodies fueled. They will also lead a hands on demonstration in making a few of their favorite bike snacks.

RevoPT will then lead us in the basics of injury prevention and speak to the importance of strength training. Revo blends physical therapy, personal training, and a biometrics lab to help you improve your athletic performance and prevent injury. Their clients range from activity enthusiasts to professional athletes.
